rename string variables (p)tsz* -> (p)wsz*
rename struct TCHAR_ PARAM -> WCHAR_ PARAM
change mir_sntprintf -> mir_snwprintf, LPCTSTR -> LPCWSTR, setTString -> setWString, db_set_ts(a)-> db_set_ws(a) and etc.

- TCHAR is replaced with wchar_t everywhere;
- LPGENT replaced with either LPGENW or LPGEN;
- fixes for ANSI plugins that improperly used _t functions;
- TCHAR *t removed from MAllStrings;
- ptszGroup, ptszTitle & ptszTab in OPTIONSDIALOGPAGE replaced with pwsz*
