less TCHARs:
- TCHAR is replaced with wchar_t everywhere;
- LPGENT replaced with either LPGENW or LPGEN;
- fixes for ANSI plugins that improperly used _t functions;
- TCHAR *t removed from MAllStrings;
- ptszGroup, ptszTitle & ptszTab in OPTIONSDIALOGPAGE replaced with pwsz*
