- direct call of MS_SKIN_ADDNEWSOUND replaced with Skin_AddSound() call;
- obsolete structure SKINSOUNDDESC removed
- dynamically translated hot keys;
- checked correct LPGEN'ing of the sounds creation;
- code cleaning
