* /release:"/path/to/file" parameter added. Same behavior as /outfile, but output a "clean" langpack file, without references to source code files and without untranslated strings.
You can combine /outfile and /release in same time.
* file output generation altered. If you didn't specify /out parameter, do not output translated_*.txt files into /langpacks/english/ folder
* slight comments cleaned
