- CDlgBase::m_bSucceeded variable introduced to check whether IDOK was pressed or not;
- unused/useless buttons with id=IDOK or IDCANCEL removed;
- brnOk.OnClick replaced with OnApply calls;
- unused/useless calls of EndDialog/EndModal removed;
- minor code cleaning
