Subject: MirOTR: added DEPENDENCIES.txt with information about MirOTR's
 dependencies incl. how to build/update them. - removed seemingly unneeded
 libotr/inc directory - removed _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS define from MirOTR
 stdafx.h as it's not needed there.
