TopToolBar search for bitmaps in this pattern.
Selecteddir/ButtonName_DN.bmp
Selecteddir/ButtonName_UP.bmp
Where ButtonName is non localised name of button.
This chars in name '/','\','*','?','<','>',':','|','"' replaced with '_'
