- MS_SKIN2_ADDICON replaced with Skin_AddIcon;
- SKINICONDESC_SIZE* constants removed and replaced with sizeof(sid);
- added SIDF_PATH_UNICODE for all plugins;
- dynamic translation fixed in the icolib options dialog
